Samples Request Form

Thanks for your interest in all these great products.

Every day we get numerous requests for samples and we would love to be able to send them out for free. The reality is that the companies involved aren’t as big as some of their less-green counterparts and simply don’t have the capacity or the budget for massive sample programs. In turn, we are forced to recoup some of the costs by charging for samples and for shipping charges. If you have courier account, please make a note on the bottom of the order form and we can remove the shipping charges.
